During the last legislative session Georgia underwent a re-districting that impacted many of the local district maps and created a new district in Locust Grove, McDonough and surrounding areas that is the 111th District.
While much of the 110th District remains intact, there was a need to reduce the number of constituents who vote in the 110th because it was disproportionately large compared to other Districts in the State. The new 110th District no longer includes some parts of Henry and Newton Counties that were previously a part of the District.
I have heard from a number of you who have been made aware of the change and are seeking to learn more about your new District, and am heartened to know that you will scrutinize your new Representative in the same way that you vetted me prior to allowing me to earn your trust. Please take the opportunity to stay engaged with your new Representative and feel free to call upon me when and if necessary.
To the new and remaining members of the 110th District, I look forward to the opportunity to meet you personally at community events and as we work together to advocate for our communities. I am readily accessible to you at any time should you have questions, concerns or ideas you wish to share. I may be reached by phone at 678-859-6632 or by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org. While it is not always possible to respond to every inquiry immediately, please know that I will attempt to return any call or e-mail within several days of recieving it.
I welcome you to make use of the many resources the Legislature provides and maintains to stay informed about the work being conducted at the Capitol during the session. The House of Representatives provides a webpage and a FaceBook page that are updated regularly to include voting records, sponsored legislation, videos and other materials relevant to current legislative issues and discussions for your benefit at http://www.house.ga.gov/representatives/en-US/member.aspx?Member=777&Session=21 and http://www.facebook.com/pages/State-Rep-Andy-Welch-R-110/145339538856859 respectively.
Thank you for visiting this campaign page and endeavoring to learn more about your representation. I look forward to hearing from you and serving you in the coming session.

I am a Christian family man, a partner at one of Henry County’s oldest law firms, and a native of Henry County. I have a long history of commitment to the people and businesses of this District, beginning with service as a local Eagle Scout and through to my most recent service as the Chairman of the Henry County Chamber of Commerce. I serve on the McDonough Presbyterian Church’s Endowment Committee, United Community Bank’s Advisory Board, and as an appointee to Lynn Westmoreland’s Transportation and Aviation Advisory Council.

As a native son of Henry County, with deep family farming roots in Butts County, I understand the meaning of family, hard work and community. A tall glass of sweet tea and a bar-b-que sandwich reminds me of boy-hood lunches with my dad after a long morning of working cattle. My father, mother and church instilled in me a strong faith and sense of right and wrong.
I’ve never walked away from a tough task, and the times we’re facing are as tough as they come. It’s time for my generation to roll up our sleeves and get to the business of building a better future for our children and their children. With your vote, I aim to do just that.
Take some time to get to know me and my job-focused platform. Please share with me your ideas on how to improve our State. Conservative-minded reform is just a vote away.
Vote for Andrew “Andy” J. Welch, III in the Republican primary for the 110th District. Early voting beginning on June 7th and primary election day is July 20th.
Thank you for your vote and support.
